Order Processing & Fulfillment
We work with a network of trusted fulfillment partners and artisans to provide you with high-quality, modern Islamic lifestyle products. To ensure the fastest possible delivery, your order will be dispatched from the fulfillment center closest to your location (including our partnered warehouses in the United States and Asia).

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to the United States and Canada.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • Estimated Delivery Time (USA): 5–10 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery Time (Canada): 7–12 business days.


Please note: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times, as we source from specialized partners to ensure product quality. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Potential Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, factors such as customs processing (for cross-border shipments), carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons may occasionally affect transit times. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Missing or Lost Packages
