Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship exclusively to the United States and Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

We are proud to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on every order across our entire store. No minimum purchase is required.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

  • USA: 7–12 business days.
  • Canada: 8–14 business days.

(Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons like Ramadan and Eid).

Why did I only receive part of my order?

To ensure you receive the highest quality items, we work with specialized
fulfillment partners across the US and Asia. If you ordered multiple
items (e.g., a metal wall art piece and an abaya), they may be shipped
separately to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible. You will
receive individual tracking numbers for each package.

Orders & Returns

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a
tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please
allow 48–72 hours for the tracking information to update.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@shopcenterpiece.com within 14 days of delivery.

Note: Please do not mail returns to our corporate address. We will provide
you with a specific warehouse address for your return.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our items, but accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us at support@shopcenterpiece.com immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you right away.

How do I know what size to order for apparel?

Because we source our modest fashion from global partners, we provide a detailed Size Guide on most apparel product page. We highly recommend measuring yourself
and comparing it to our chart before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.
